including edge wound coils for DC
motors,
DC traction motors and Syn. Machines
as per customer requirements.
Edgewise bending of copper strips
and winding of pole coils is done on
automatic machine for various sizes
as per customer requirment.
Pole coils are manufactured on
"Built in" rotor poles in-situ on
Automatic machine.
Coil consolidation after insulation
is carried out by injecting
D.C.current
under controlled conditions of
pressure & temperature.
Coils are then subjected to V.P.I.
