Saini Electrical & Engineering Works was started at the present Ghatkopar unit, as a small workshop to cater to repair needs of small motors up to 50 H.P. Through constant development and hardwork, today it has established itself as one of the leading service industry in repairs / refurbishment of Rotating Machines upto 20 MW with all in-house facilities at three locations, one in Mumbai & two in Navi Mumbai. Presently, with a team of around 100 experienced technicians and Engineering personnel, Company is able to cater to the repairs / rehabilitation of all types of Rotating Electrical Machines both at their Works as well as at site.

We manufacture DC Field coils including edge wound coils for DC motors,
DC traction motors and Syn. Machines as per customer requirements.
Edgewise bending of copper strips and winding of pole coils is done on automatic machine for various sizes as per customer requirement.
Pole coils are manufactured on "Built in" rotor poles in-situ on Automatic machine.

Coil consolidation after insulation is carried out by injecting D.C. current
under controlled conditions of pressure & temperature.
Coils are then subjected to V.P.I. Process.
