Job Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor CNC Turning machines to manufacture precision parts.
- Set up jobs, load tools, and adjust offsets as required.
- Interpret technical drawings and job instructions accurately.
- Carry out in-process inspection using Vernier, Micrometer, and other gauges.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and perform routine maintenance.
- Ensure quality, productivity, and safety compliance during operations.
Requirements
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Fitter, Turner, or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in CNC Turning operation.
- Knowledge of tool selection, speeds, and feeds.
- Familiar with measuring instruments and quality inspection methods.
- Willing to work in shifts and handle production targets.
