Role & Responsibilities :
Oversee Marketing Function.
Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company’s overall objectives, ensuring growth in target markets and customer segments.
Oversee the resolution of post-sales customer issues, including product defects, service requests, and warranty claims.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, addressing their post-purchase needs and enhancing customer loyalty.
Work closely with product timely development & production team to ensure delivery of products against orders.
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve marketing goals.
Lead, manage, and develop a team of marketing professionals.
Analyze Marketing operations & after-sales service data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for service enhancement.
