TIG Welder

Job Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding on aluminium parts as per drawings, WPS, and job requirements
• Set up TIG welding machines, select correct electrodes, filler rods, and shielding gas
• Ensure weld quality, strength, and finish meet company and customer standards
• Maintain welding equipment and ensure safe working condition
• Follow safety rules, PPE usage, and workplace standards
• Coordinate with supervisors and quality team for job completion
• Maintain productivity targets and reduce material wastage

Keys skills required:

• ITI -Welding or relevant trade (preferred)
• Proven experience in TIG welding of aluminium
• Knowledge of aluminium grades, welding parameters, and distortion control.

Experience : 2-4 years

Qualification : ITI certified
