Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support the IR / Legal Head in administrative and executive functions.
- Help coordinate and manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and official
correspondence. - Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of legal documents, notices,
agreements, and case files. - Provide support in coordinating labour court matters, hearings, and legal
compliances. - Facilitate communication with government authorities, advocates, and consultants.
- Assist in the preparation of MIS reports and documentation for management review.
- Support effective filing and documentation management (both physical & digital).
Eligibility & Skills (Optional)
Skills Required: - Graduate in any discipline
- Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance
- Good documentation and reporting skills
- Proficiency in MS Office / HR systems
- Strong coordination and communication skills
