Job Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor Mazak CNC machines to produce components as per specifications.
- Set up machine tools, fixtures, and cutting tools.
- Ensure production quality by measuring and inspecting finished parts.
- Perform minor troubleshooting, adjustments, and routine maintenance of machines.
- Maintain production logs and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Adhere to safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Requirements
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Fitter / Turner or relevant trade.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Mazak machine operation.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Gauge).
- Willingness to work in shifts.
