Responsibilites :
- Operate conventional lathe machine as per drawing specifications.
- Perform turning operations such as facing, threading, drilling, boring, and taper turning.
- Set up and align workpieces using proper clamping methods.
- Select appropriate cutting tools and maintain cutting parameters.
- Read and understand engineering drawings to maintain dimensional accuracy.
- Inspect components using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Dial Gauge, etc.).
- Ensure required tolerances and surface finish standards are achieved.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and follow safety procedures.
- Report machine issues or quality concerns to the supervisor.
