Maintenance Engineer

• Conduct regular and scheduled preventive maintenance on machinery to avoid breakdowns and improve efficiency

• Troubleshoot and repair machinery breakdowns in a timely manner to minimize production downtime

• Inspect machines and equipment for wear, defects, or malfunctions. Identify potential issues and address them before they cause significant problems

• Recommend improvements or upgrades to existing machines or systems to increase productivity, reduce costs, or enhance safety

• Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, or operational issues with machinery and equipment quickly and efficiently

• Maintain accurate records of machine repairs, maintenance schedules, parts used, and equipment performance.

• Work closely with production teams to understand operational needs and provide technical support for machinery-related issues

• Maintain AMC’s  of machines & their spare parts

• Ensure that all machines and equipment comply with safety regulations and environmental standards.

• Maintain 5s & kaizen at shop floor.

Key Skills Required :

• Should have Diploma/BE in Electrical engineering
• Should have strong knowledge on Machin maintenance such as CNC, Lathe, Oven etc

• Should have hands-on experience in handling equipment’s such as Hydraulic pallet, EOT crane, Diesel generator, Air compressors etc

• Should have strong knowledge on electrical & mechanical maintenance.

• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities to quickly identify issues and implement solutions

• Effective communication skills to work with team members, report on issues, and collaborate with other departments

• Should understood the safety protocals.
