| Duties/Responsibilities: Plan and schedule production activities of motor assembly and ensure that manufacturing processes are completed on time and within budget. Responsible to plan manpower according to the production. Address and resolve any technical issues related to machines, equipment breakdowns, or process inefficiencies. Ensure machines and equipment are set up properly for each production run, ensuring calibration is correct for consistent quality. Monitor product quality through inspections and testing to ensure compliance with customer specifications and internal quality standards. Lead and supervise a team of operators and technicians, providing training, support, and feedback on performance. Responsible for maintain safety & 5S at shop | Skills to have Should have good experience in assembly of electric induction motor AC/DC, Traction motor etc. Previous experience 2+ years in electric motor component manufacturing (Winding) or a similar industry. Experience with lean manufacturing, process improvement, and quality control is highly desirable. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and auditors Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and manufacturing software (e.g., ERP systems) |
